Leo Giongo has over 17 years of work experience, starting in 2002 with Clarks where they held various roles including Retail Store Manager and Team Member, Change Lead, Space & Format Planner, and Outlet Operations Manager. At Clarks, their responsibilities included implementing company strategy, achieving KPIs, delivering excellent customer service, managing budgets, and leading recruitment and training. In 2019, they joined Lightfoot as the Head of Internal Operations & Customer Service.

Leo Giongo pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Media, Cultural & Film Studies from Kingston University from 2005 to 2008.
