Brian Dumont

Brian Dumont has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and leadership roles. Most recently, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at LightForce, overseeing global recruitment efforts across multiple countries. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director at UKG, where they led technical recruiting for product and engineering divisions. Brian also held the position of Director at Dell Technologies, where they were responsible for talent acquisition for various divisions. Brian began their career at Fidelity Investments, leading teams in sales, delivery recruiting, customer support, product development, and operations. Brian also gained experience at Communications Collaborative and Robert Half International, where they held director-level roles and managed teams in specialized search and recruitment.

Brian Dumont has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
