Shai Lipowitch has extensive work experience in various roles related to software development and management. Shai is currently serving as the Director of Software at LightForce since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Stratasys as the Algorithms Software Manager from May 2013 to February 2022. In this role, they managed multinational and multicultural teams, refactored legacy software products, and led the development of new products using state-of-the-art technologies.

From July 2008 to May 2013, Shai Lipowitch worked at HP as the Software Group Leader. Here, they managed and led the development of a web-based software product, mentored teams of developers, and tracked project timetables. Before that, they were the Co-founder and CTO of Wiseshoot from October 2007 to July 2008. Shai played a key role in designing the core system software and participated in fundraising activities.

From July 2005 to September 2007, they served as the VP of Research and Development at Picscout, where they managed the development of multiple products.
