Susie Perks

Susie Perks has held a variety of positions in the tech industry over the past decade. In 2011, they served as the Chief Operations Officer for Jacari, an education charity, where they were in charge of the daily running of the charity and set up a new CRM tool. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Tech Strategy Consultant for IBM, where they won the UK General Manager's Award for Client Excellence and served as the Wearables Communication Lead. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Senior Consultant for iBe Think Solve Execute Ltd, a financial services consultancy. Most recently, they have held the roles of Managing Director of Products, Managing Director of Labs, and Client Director for Lightful since 2017.

Susie Perks obtained their Bachelor's degree in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of Oxford between 2007 and 2011. In 2014, they obtained their Prince2 certification. In 2019, they obtained their Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce. In 2021, they obtained their Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certification from Salesforce. Susie is also a Salesforce developer.
