Simon Dooms

Simon Dooms has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Simon started in 2009 as a PhD student at Ghent University, where they focused on research topics related to personalization and recommendation systems. Simon then transitioned to the industry and worked at Trackuity from 2015 to 2022. During their time at Trackuity, they held various roles, including Director of Engineering, Director of Data, and Data Scientist. Currently, Simon is the Director of Engineering - Integrations at OTA Insight, a position they have held since 2022.

Simon Dooms completed their education at Ghent University. Simon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2007, followed by a Master's degree in the same field in 2009. Simon then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computer Science Engineering and successfully completed it in 2014.
