Tsvetelina Bogdanova

Tsvetelina Bogdanova, Assoc CIPD, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of human resources. Tsvetelina started their career in 2014 as a Hostess at Hilton and then transitioned to the role of Food and Beverage Supervisor. In 2016, they worked as an In-House Recruiter at Hilton Talent Acquisition Centre UK&I. Tsvetelina then joined DoubleTree by Hilton as a Cluster HR and Payroll Administrator. In 2019, they took on the role of Cluster Human Resources and Training Officer at 100 Queen's Gate Hotel London, Curio Collection by Hilton 5*, where they focused on rebranding and pre-opening activities. Since 2020, Tsvetelina has been working at Lighthouse, initially as a Human Resources Officer, and then progressing to roles of increasing responsibility as Manager and Head of People Operations. Tsvetelina currently holds the position of Director, People Operations.

Tsvetelina Bogdanova, Assoc CIPD, completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Tourism Hospitality and Events Management from London South Bank University from 2013 to 2016. Tsvetelina then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management, CIPD Level 7, from the same university from 2019 to 2021. In addition, they also completed the CIPD Advanced Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources Management from CIPD Qualifications during the same time frame.
