Christina Monteleone has a diverse work experience in the field of human services. Christina started their career as a Family Case Manager at the Indiana Department of Child Services from May 2012 to July 2014. Christina then worked as a Registered Behavior Technician at Damar Services, Inc. from August 2014 to March 2019. During this time, they gained experience in providing behavior analysis services.

In March 2019, Christina joined Collaborating for Kids, LLC as an Office Coordinator for a brief period of four months. Christina then moved on to Autism Therapy Services, where they held the role of Branch Manager from July 2019 to June 2020. Christina also briefly served as the Administrative Director for the same company in June 2020.

Currently, Christina is working at Lighthouse Autism Center, where they began as a Human Resources professional in June 2020. Christina has recently been promoted to the role of Senior Human Resources Coordinator in June 2022.

Christina Monteleone holds a Bachelor's degree from Indiana State University, with a minor in Psychology.
