Sushant Agrawal

Sushant Agrawal is an experienced professional in program management and development, currently serving as the Regional Head for North at Lighthouse Communities Foundation since September 2022. Prior to this role, Sushant worked as a Program Officer (Consultant) at PATH and as Senior Program Manager at Development Alternatives. Sushant also held the position of Programme Lead for Skill Development at ActionAid India and contributed as a Sr. Team Member at Pragya, a non-governmental organization focused on sustainable development in fragile ecosystems. Early career experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at B-ABLE and completing a summer internship at ICICI Lombard General Insurance Ltd. Sushant holds an educational background that includes a Project Management certification from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application from Indian Academy Group of Institution, Bangalore.
