Dezaree Doroliat

Dezaree Doroliat serves as the Director of Student Services and Community Schools at Lighthouse Community Public Schools, overseeing initiatives that promote equity and support student success across multiple campuses. With a background as Associate Director of Student Services at Amethod Public Schools and Coordinator of College Counseling and Career Pathways at Leadership Public Schools, Dezaree has developed tailored counseling programs and led transformative initiatives to enhance student engagement and postsecondary readiness. Prior experience includes school counselor roles at Nea Community Learning Center and internships in school counseling, further complemented by research and operational coordination in educational settings. Dezaree holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
