Megan Bacigalupi

Megan Bacigalupi is an experienced education and public policy professional currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Lighthouse Community Public Schools since April 2023. Prior to this role, Bacigalupi founded and served as the Executive Director of CA Parent Power from March 2021 to April 2023. Additional experience includes positions as Program Manager at C100, Legal Program Manager at Start Small Think Big, Inc., and Deputy Commissioner for Intergovernmental Affairs at the New York City Business Integrity Commission. Bacigalupi also held the role of Chief of Staff at the NYC Department of Education and worked as the Director of Federal Legislative Affairs for the City of New York, along with serving as Assistant Counsel in the Office of the Criminal Justice Coordinator. Bacigalupi holds a JD in Law from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a BA in Political Science and Public Policy from UCLA.
