Megan Bacigalupi

Megan Bacigalupi currently serves as Chief of Staff at Lighthouse Community Public Schools, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Megan founded and led CA Parent Power as Executive Director from March 2021 to April 2023. Previous experience includes serving as Program Manager at C100, Legal Program Manager at Start Small Think Big, Inc., and Deputy Commissioner for Intergovernmental Affairs at the New York City Business Integrity Commission. In addition, Megan held the role of Director of Federal Legislative Affairs at the NYC Department of Education and worked as Assistant Counsel in the Office of the Criminal Justice Coordinator for the City of New York. Academically, Megan earned a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Policy from UCLA.
