Stephen Cook

Stephen Cook serves as the Assistant Vice President - Infrastructure at Northeast Credit Union since May 2022, overseeing the integration of communication and collaboration technology across multiple locations in New England. Previously, Stephen held roles including Information Technology Project Manager at HB Communications and Senior Director - Technology Operations at Affinion Group, along with a long tenure as Director of Service Management at Liberty Mutual from November 1981 to August 2014. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and an MBA in Business Administration, both from Southern New Hampshire University, alongside additional studies in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's in Business Administration.
