Dyana Williams

Dyana Williams is an experienced operations and revenue cycle management professional with a diverse background in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Director of RCM Operations at Lighthouse Lab Services since December 2021, Dyana has held various roles including Client Engagement Manager and Client Manager. Prior to this, Dyana was the Firm Administrator at Halligan LLC, where responsibilities included hiring and implementing policies to meet revenue goals. From October 2018 to January 2020, Dyana worked as the Revenue Cycle Director at Rural Physicians Group, focusing on vendor transitions and process implementation. With extensive experience at MedData, including roles as Director of Revenue Cycle Management and Director of Operations for the Pathology Division, Dyana has demonstrated a strong ability to analyze complex data and improve operational efficiencies. Earlier career roles began at Data Management, Inc. and Proctor First Care, where foundational skills as a Medical Assistant and various billing positions were developed. Dyana holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Medical Assistant from Midstate College.
