Glenna Croy

Glenna Croy is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in program management and volunteer services. Currently serving as Program Director and Program Manager at Lighthouse Labs RVA since January 2022, Glenna previously held the position of Director of Volunteer Services at the Rescue Mission from July 2013 to July 2020, where the focus was on recruiting and retaining a passionate volunteer workforce to combat hunger and homelessness. Glenna founded the Skaneateles Young Leaders Organization (SKYLO) and served as its Director, promoting community engagement for young professionals. Earlier career experience includes work as a Financial Professional at AXA Advisors, Manager at River Dog Art Gallery, and an intern at Virginia Tech Work/Life Resources. Glenna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Psychology from Virginia Tech, completed in 2011.
