Annette Taylor

Annette Taylor is an accomplished professional in the field of genetics and molecular diagnostics, currently serving as Associate Vice President at LabCorp and Scientific Director of Molecular Genetics since September 2013. Taylor has been a board member of Lighthouse Writers Workshop since 2016. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Director at Kimball Genetics from December 2009 to September 2013, and as Founder, President, and CEO of Kimball Genetics, Inc. from May 1994 to December 2009. Early career highlights include the role of Co-Director of the DNA Diagnostic Laboratory at UCHSC Health Sciences Center from September 1992 to April 1994. Annette Taylor holds a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from the University of Colorado, a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from UCLA, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Dartmouth College. Additionally, Taylor pursued an Inner MBA from Sounds True/NYU in 2020-2021.
