Allan Chua

Allan Chua, J.D., CEDS, currently serves as Senior Project Manager at Lighthouse within Spectra Managed Services since July 2023. Prior to this role, Allan worked as a Senior Associate at Ankura from November 2021 to August 2023 and as an eDiscovery Analyst at LPL Financial from May 2015 to November 2021, where responsibilities included managing eDiscovery vendor relations and establishing best practices for ESI storage and production. Allan also gained experience as an Attorney Fellow at Legal Services of Southern Piedmont, an Honors Student Intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, a Student Practitioner at the Charlotte School of Law’s Entrepreneurship Clinic, and an intern at Tatum Law Firm, PLLC. Allan earned a J.D. from Charlotte School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from North Carolina State University.
