Dimitar Bobev

In his current role as Executive Director of Global Advisory, Dimitar is responsible for business development and client project delivery. Before co-founding Forexus, Dima spent 6 years working for Deloitte, where he joined as the first member of the Deloitte Analytic and Forensic Technology team. He was responsible for developing the practice and growing the business. In the last four years at Deloitte, Dima led the legal technology support teams at several U.S. tax cross-border investigations at Swiss-based banks.

Previously to Deloitte, Dima worked as IT security consultant for financial institutions. There he implemented firewalls, data leakage prevention and protection systems, and performed security audit penetration tests. Dima holds a Master’s degree in IT Security and a B.A. in Finance and Controlling. He holds dual Swiss and Bulgarian citizenship and is fluent in German, English and Bulgarian. In addition, he speaks Spanish, French and Russian.
