Gabi Berger has held various positions in the customer service industry since 2000. Gabi began their career at LivePerson as a Manager of Customer Support, where they were responsible for building the operational structure, implementing systems and workflows, and leading customer support teams. In 2011, they joined ClickTale as Head of Client Services, where they supervised customer support, professional services, user experience consultants and training developers. In 2012, they began freelancing as a 3D Character Animator. In 2020, they joined Lightico as Head of Support.
Gabi Berger began their educational journey in 2001 when they attended Tel Aviv University, graduating in 2005 with a B.Sc. in Musicology. Gabi then went on to pursue Advanced Studies in Character Animation at AnimationMentor from 2008 to 2010.
