Mai Shavit

Mai Shavit has been working in the HR and Talent Acquisition field since 2018. In 2021, they joined Lightico as an HRBP and Talent Acquisition. In this role, they work to empower businesses to create streamlined experiences in the last mile of the customer journey. Prior to this role, Mai worked at GAV Systems as a Technical Recruiter. In this role, they specialized in recruiting software engineers, Real-Time engineers, communications, infrastructures, data security professionals, system analysts, DBA, team leaders, project managers with experience in Java, C#, asp.

Mai Shavit received their High School Diploma from Ironi Alef Modi'in in 2012. Mai then attended The College of Management Academic Studies from 2015 to 2018, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services. In 2017, they also attended Elevation Academy, where they earned their Product Management certificate.
