Donna Gafford

Donna Gafford is a seasoned professional in the lighting industry, currently serving as the Founder of Defining Brilliance Consulting since April 2020, where expertise includes lighting application engineering services and AGi32 coaching. Gafford also functions as an Instructor at Lighting Analysts Inc since January 2016, providing software training on AGi32. Previously, Gafford held the position of Channel Marketing Manager at Signify, managing education and brand awareness for North American Professional Luminaire brands, and developing workshops to enhance market reach. As Design Resource Manager and Application Engineer/Specialist at Philips Lighting, responsibilities included overseeing the BIM strategy and producing lighting designs. Early career roles included Draftsman at Southland Construction and Accounting Associate/Customer Service Manager at Wal Mart Stores. Gafford holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Union University and an Associate's Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from Northeast Mississippi Community College.
