Lc Maureen Castillo

Maureen Castillo, an experienced lighting professional, is the owner of Next Step Lighting, LLC since January 2023, focusing on providing photometric calculations and AGi32 software education for the lighting community. In addition, Maureen has served as an AGi32 Authorized Trainer for Lighting Analysts Inc since March 2015. Previous positions include Senior Lighting Designer at IMEG Corp from June 2019 to December 2022, Account Manager at Archibald & Meek from December 2016 to May 2019, and Lighting Designer roles at Aurora Lighting Design, Inc. and as an Independent Lighting Consultant. Maureen's career also includes extensive experience as an Electrical Lighting Designer from January 2007 to April 2014 at Ghafari Associates and earlier roles at OWP/P | Cannon Design and Environmental Systems Design, Inc., starting as an Electrical Intern in July 1997.
