Shaun Fillion

Shaun Fillion is an accomplished lighting design professional with extensive experience in both industry and academia. Currently serving as the Director of Lighting Design at RAB Lighting since 2014, Fillion oversees multiple design studios, guiding team development and performance. Fillion has held various roles at RAB, including Lighting Studio Manager for Major Projects & National Accounts and Senior Lighting Designer, contributing to high-level projects and providing technical expertise. In addition to industry work, Fillion is the Program Director for the Master of Professional Studies in Lighting Design at the New York School of Interior Design and teaches lighting design courses at the graduate level. With previous experience as a certified instructor for AGi32 and a track record of successful theater and film lighting designs, Shaun Fillion brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to the field.
