Paul Rinaldi

Paul Rinaldi has over 20 years of experience in the sales and business development field. Paul currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Lighting for Impact, a role they have held since 2022. From 2019 to 2022, they were Senior Director at VSBLTY, where they developed and supported key accounts and achieved high revenue sales targets in a SaaS model as well as OEM hardware solutions. From 2011 to 2019, they were Vice President of Sales at Optika Display, a STRATACACHE Company, where they developed and initiated a product line from concept to commercialization. From 2000 to 2011, they were Senior Sales Capability Manager and Zone Sales Leader at PepsiCo, Inc. In this role, they developed and initiated work processes that delivered profitable incremental volume, cost to serve productivity savings, and trade spend efficiencies. Paul was awarded the PepsiCo President's Ring of Honor in 2004.

Paul Rinaldi has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained between 2006 and 2009. Paul also has an Associate of Applied Science in Administration of Criminal Justice from Northern Virginia Community College, which they obtained between 1987 and 1989.
