Laura Katz currently serves as the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager at Lightlife Foods, overseeing product safety and quality for one of the largest plant-based protein manufacturers in the United States. With a strong background in quality assurance, Laura held the position of Quality Assurance Manager at Commonwealth Dairy, LLC, where notable achievements included leading a SQF Level 3 facility to achieve "Excellence" on consecutive audits. Additionally, Laura's experience encompasses roles at Maplebrook Farm, FAGE, and Zoom Tan, where responsibilities ranged from implementing comprehensive quality programs to performing laboratory testing. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University at Albany.
