Mike "Batman" Cohen has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and sourcing. Mike “Batman” worked as a Principal Talent Sourcer/Recruiter at Lightmatter in 2023. Before that, they were a Sourcer/Trainer at Wayne Technologies starting from September 2017. Mike “Batman” also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at SAB Biotherapeutics since February 2019. Furthermore, they worked as an Advisor at Sense, ChatterWorks, SourceWhale, Honeit.ai, Loxo, and SeekOut from 2020 to the present. Mike “Batman” held the position of Vice President of the Board at ATAP - Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals from January 2020 to January 2023, where they played a key role in representing the interests of talent acquisition professionals worldwide.

Mike "Batman" Cohen 🦇 attended Binghamton University from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Prior to that, they graduated from Monroe-Woodbury High School in 2003 with a High School diploma, specializing in Social Human Entropy. In addition to their formal education, Mike obtained certifications in CPR/AED & First Aid from the American Red Cross in April 2016 and became a Certified Spinning® Instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics® in the same month and year.
