Susan Kilburn

Susan Kilburn is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at LightPoint Financial Technology since August 2019, Susan also holds the position of Board Chair at Burlington Hydro Inc. and is an Advisory Council Member for the McMaster Engineering & Management Industrial Advisory Council. Previous roles include Vice President at Rogers Communications and Symcor, where significant improvements in IT engagement and project execution were achieved. A self-employed Executive Consultant from 2013 to 2020, Susan led key initiatives in market risk and regulatory compliance. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Director designation from The Directors College, completion of the IT Management Program at Queen's University, and a Bachelor of Engineering Management from McMaster University.
