Mor Rossler has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They began their career in education, working as a Student Teacher at Northside Center for Child Development and later at PS68. They then transitioned to a role as an Early Childhood Educator and Head Teacher at Ramaz School. From there, they worked as an Early Childhood Special Educator at Gan Tazpit- Ministry of Education, where they developed and implemented curriculum for students with various developmental needs. After that, Mor moved into the tech industry, working at Lightricks as a Digital Marketer and Technical Support and later as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. They also held roles at Hertz Furniture as an Educational Video Blogger. Most recently, Mor held leadership positions at Lightricks as the Customer Support Lead and then as the Head of Customer Experience.

Mor Rossler has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Yeshiva University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Science in Education (MSed) in Early Childhood Special Education from Hunter College, which they completed between 2007 and 2011.
