Fil Lekkas

Fil Lekkas is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in strategy, international advisory, and product management. Currently serving in a strategy role at Lightrock since February 2023, Fil previously held several prominent positions at PUBLIC, including Head of Ventures and Head of International Advisory. With experience as a Product Manager at GovMarket and as the Founder and Director of Synpraxis, Fil has a strong entrepreneurial and consulting background, having started as a Visiting Associate at The Boston Consulting Group. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in Global Affairs from Schwarzman Scholars at Tsinghua University and a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University. Fil's research contributions range from Sino-European trade to corporate tax policy, demonstrating a keen interest in European politics and policy analysis.
