Jayashree Mantri Easwaran is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Lightrock since January 2024, Jayashree leads a global private equity partnership focused on sustainable investments. Previous roles include Managing Director at Diageo Business Services India, where strategic oversight was provided for global service delivery, and Director of Finance at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where Jayashree played a key role in the company’s significant corporate split. As Co-Founder and Director of booksTALK audiobooks Pvt Ltd, Jayashree established India's first multilingual audiobook company. Earlier professional experiences include leadership positions at Fidelity Investments, GreenPoint Mortgage, Ocwen Financial Corporation, Standard Chartered Bank, and Citibank India. Jayashree holds a Diploma in Counselling Skills, is a Chartered Accountant, and has a background in Costing and Management Accountancy.
