Siddharth Mehta

Siddharth Mehta is a highly experienced engineer specializing in control systems, currently serving as a Staff Controls Engineer at Lightship since August 2023. Prior to this role, Siddharth worked as a Controls Engineer-III at Nexteer Automotive from November 2021 to August 2023, and as a Controls Engineer-II at Danfoss Drives from September 2020 to October 2021. A Graduate Research Assistant at the FREEDM Systems Center from May 2016 to August 2020, Siddharth also gained valuable experience as an R&D Motor Controls and Drive Intern during multiple stints at Nexteer Automotive in 2018 and 2019. Siddharth holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, earned in 2020, as well as a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2017, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, obtained in 2015.
