Kim Liiv Rose, MBA

Kim Liiv Rose, MBA has extensive work experience in legal operations and leadership roles. Kim Liiv is currently the Vice President of Global Legal Operations at Lightship® since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Legal Operations at the same company from May 2021 to August 2022. In this role, they were responsible for legal compliance, strategic planning, contract drafting and negotiation, employment law advising, equity portfolio management, and managing external law firms.

Before joining Lightship®, Kim worked at ICON plc from January 2018 to May 2021 as the Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships, Integration, and People Leader. Kim Liiv'sresponsibilities included overseeing partnerships and integration processes, as well as leading the people-related aspects of the organization.

Kim also held various roles at IQVIA (formerly known as Quintiles) from October 1998 to December 2017. Kim Liiv served as the Director of Global Investigator Contracts/Project Leadership from May 2016 to December 2017, where they managed global contracts and led project teams. Previously, they held the positions of Associate Director of Enterprise Solutions from February 2015 to May 2016 and Associate Director of HR/Legal from October 1998 to February 2015.

Early in their career, Kim worked at AFC Enterprises Inc as a Contracts Administrator/Paralegal from December 1993 to September 1998.

Throughout their career, Kim has demonstrated expertise in legal operations, strategic planning, contract management, compliance, equity management, and team leadership.

Kim Liiv Rose, MBA, has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in HR Management from LSU Shreveport. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida. In addition to their formal education, Kim Liiv Rose has obtained several certifications in the field of Human Resources. These certifications include the SHRM-SCP from SHRM, the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) also from HRCI. Kim Liiv also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from 6SIGMAstudy, which is the global certification body for six sigma certifications. Furthermore, Kim Liiv Rose is a trained mediator, accredited by the American Arbitration Association.
