Erin van Leer

Erin Van Leer has a diverse work experience in various marketing positions. Erin worked as a Director of Demand Generation at Lightspeed Systems starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Centercode, including Director of Demand Generation and Content Marketing Director, where they demonstrated skills in team management, paid advertisements, and content strategy. Before their time at Centercode, Erin worked as a B2B Marketing Manager. Erin also gained experience as a Marketing Representative and Marketing Intern at RAMPF Holding GmbH & Co. KG, where they contributed to the company's rebranding and international expansion. Early in their career, Erin worked as a Document Controller/Logistics specialist at Cal Tech Precision, Inc and as a Crew Chief at Charisma Floats and Designs, where they excelled in managing logistics and coordinating projects.

Erin Van Leer obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business with a Minor in German from California State University, Fullerton. Additionally, they studied abroad at Nürtingen-Geislingen University (HfWU) in Germany, where they focused on International Business, Marketing, and German.

Erin Van Leer has obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset. In 2020, they became a HubSpot Champion User through the HubSpot Academy. Erin also earned the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in January 2020. Prior to that, they obtained the HubSpot Sales Software Certification in October 2019, the Inbound Certification in September 2019, and the HubSpot Marketing Software Certification in July 2019. In 2018, they completed the Foundations course at the Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) and became certified as a Pragmatic Marketing Certified Level I professional. Finally, in 2018, they obtained the Certified Customer Validation Professional certification from Customer Validation Certification.
