Jason Coward

Jason Coward has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jason is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at LightSpeed Broadband since August 2022. Prior to this, in May 2022, they held the position of National Chair at The Royal British Legion.

From July 2021 to May 2022, Jason worked as the Head of Direct Response Marketing at LilaConnect.

Before that, from January 2019 to February 2021, they launched and managed a strategic marketing services agency called Peppermint Agency, focusing on digital strategy and delivery to generate more leads and sales for SMEs.

From June 2018 to December 2019, Jason worked as a Non-Executive Director at SearchStar, contributing to the agency's growth and successful sale.

Between July 2016 and October 2018, they served as the Director of Marketing and Development at Sony Pictures Entertainment, where they developed new channel and revenue opportunities across Western Europe.

From March 2015 to July 2016, Jason was the Chief Executive Officer for Team TalkTalk at The&Partnership. In this role, they built and launched a fully integrated in-house agency and oversaw a team of 80+ people.

In 2014, Jason worked as an Interim Executive Director of Marketing and Strategy at Barnardo's, where they reshaped the commercial directorate and implemented new strategies to drive commercial success.

From January to December 2013, they worked as a Business Transformation Consultant at Pearson, focusing on the transformation of Wall Street English into a fully digital delivery business.

Finally, from June 2005 to December 2012, Jason held various Senior Business Development and Strategy Consultant roles at News Corp, where they undertook C-suite projects and launches across Europe, including the scoping and market potential for the launch of the Sky brand in Germany.

Jason Coward attended Harrogate Grammar School from 1978 to 1985. Jason then enrolled at Royal Holloway, University of London from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a BA (Hons.) degree in English.
