Roderick Yen

Roderick Yen is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at Xero since May 2018, Roderick guides engineering teams in executing technical and product visions while previously working in roles such as Senior Software Developer and Graduate Team Lead at the same company. Prior experience includes a software developer position at Fiserv, where Roderick developed .NET APIs and iOS applications, and served as a Scrum Master. Early career roles include a software development intern at OneNet and research and teaching assistant positions at the University of Auckland ISOM Department.
