Cecelia Stephens is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Senior Development Manager at Lightstar Renewables, LLC since August 2022 after progressing through roles as Development Manager and Development Associate. Prior experience includes serving as Project Development Associate at Sunwealth and as Research Associate at the Initiative for Energy Justice. Cecelia has also contributed to environmental initiatives as Northeast Field Advisor and Carbon Pricing Fellow at Our Climate, and as Program Co-op at the MIT Environmental Solutions Initiative.
