Nazlı Gökçe Yeti̇şti̇ren Kaya

Nazlı Gökçe Yetişti̇ren Kaya's work experience began in 2012 as an intern in the marketing department of Otokoç Otomotiv. In 2013, they interned again in the marketing department, this time at ASF Otomotiv, and then at Doğuş Otomotiv. Later that year, they joined Ford Otosan as a Manufacturing Process Engineer and worked in that role until 2019. During their time at Ford Otosan, they also held positions as a Production Lead and a Manufacturing Lead, where they managed teams and focused on meeting production and quality objectives. Currently, they are employed as a Manufacturing Lead at Lightyear, where they are responsible for various manufacturing processes and leads a team of engineers and technicians.

Nazlı Gökçe Yetiştiren Kaya obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yildiz Technical University between 2009 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended ECA Elginkan Anadolu Lisesi from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they have also earned several certifications including a 6 Sigma Black Belt certification from Ford Motor Company in December 2021, an SLead certification from Koç University in December 2021, and FMEA Training from Ford Motor Company in January 2018.
