Tom Naratil

Tom Naratil currently serves on the Board of Directors for Prime Pensions, Inc., KKR Private Equity Conglomerate LLC, Allworth Financial, and Wren Sterling, while also acting as an Operating Partner at Lightyear Capital and a Finance Senior Fellow at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Naratil's extensive career at UBS spanned over a decade, where notable roles included Co-President of Global Wealth Management and President of Americas, contributing significantly to the firm's strategy and client relations. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at UBS from 2000 to 2011 and at PaineWebber from 1983 to 2000. Naratil is a veteran of the United States Army Reserve and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University and an MBA in Economics from NYU Stern School of Business.
