Shaun Swearingen

Shaun Swearingen started their work experience in 1999 at Cram-A-Lot, where they held various roles including Customer Service Representative, Network Administrator, ERP Project Manager, IT Manager, Director of Information Systems, and VP of Technology and Customer Services. Shaun worked in those positions until their departure in August 2023.

In September 2023, they joined Ligon Industries, LLC as the Vice President of Information Technology.

Shaun Swearingen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Arkansas, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from the same university between 1999 and 2004. In addition to their formal education, Shaun Swearingen has obtained several certifications, including ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2020, Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2016, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2013, and Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in 2010.
