Sean Garrity has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sean most recently worked as the Head of Call Center Operations & Technology at Likewize since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Therabody as the Director of Customer Experience from August 2022 to October 2023. Before Therabody, Sean served as the Director of Workforce and Reporting, Membership Services at WHOOP from June 2021 to August 2022. Between January 2021 and June 2021, they held the position of Global Automation and Agent Experience Lead at Uber. Throughout their career at Uber, Sean held several leadership roles, including Global Program Leader for Service Design, Performance Management, and Operational Excellence. Sean also has experience in community operations management, having served as a Senior Community Operations Manager and Community Operations Manager at Uber. Prior to Uber, Sean worked at Amazon as an Area Manager from June 2013 to July 2014 and began their professional journey as a Finance/Accounting Intern for Exelon Wind at Exelon in 2012.
