Don Chizek

Don Chizek has extensive experience in operations and management. Don started their career at The Quaker Oats Company, where they worked as a project engineer and later as a plant manager in both the Snacks and Food Service divisions. Don then became a Senior Manager in Technical Services for the Convenience Foods division. After that, they joined PepsiCo and held various positions, including Plant Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and Director of Field Productivity/Capability for Quaker Foods and Snacks. Currently, they are the Vice President of Operations at Lil' Drug Store Products, where they are responsible for leading operational activities across multiple business units.

Don Chizek attended Waldorf College from 1977 to 1979, where they earned an AA degree in General Science. Don then went on to pursue their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Iowa State University, graduating in 1982.
