Diego Lucero has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Diego began their career as a Store Manager at COTO, where they were responsible for staff management. Diego then worked as a Human Resources Analyst at La Rural Predio Ferial de Bs. As., focusing on recruiting and personnel administration.

Diego later joined Casino Puerto Madero as a Personnel Management and Labor Relations Analyst, where they handled HR administration for 2500 employees and managed government filings related to hiring and dismissal processes. Diego then became a Teaching Assistant at Facultad de Ciencias Sociales - UBA while completing their studies at the University of Buenos Aires.

In 2011, Diego joined Coca-Cola FEMSA as a Human Resources Generalist and later transitioned into the role of HR Analyst, specializing in Compensation & Benefits. During their time at Coca-Cola FEMSA, they managed HR-related reports, coordinated social development events, administered payroll, and facilitated training courses.

Diego then joined Aon as a Senior Human Resources Consultant, handling various projects related to mergers and acquisitions in LATAM. Diego conducted HR due diligence, analyzed organizational and rewards structures, and led HR projects.

In 2020, Diego joined IOV Labs as a Compensation & Benefits Manager, focusing on implementing People & Culture programs and improving financial inclusion for 1.1 billion people. Diego developed a strong analytical foundation for total rewards strategies.

Diego's most recent role was at Xepelin, where they served as the Head of Total Rewards & Analytics. Diego developed the Total Rewards function in Latin America, ensuring a data-driven approach to talent acquisition and retention.

Currently, Diego is working as a People Manager, South America at Lilac Solutions, Inc.

Diego Lucero's education history is as follows:

Diego Lucero attended the University of Buenos Aires from 2002 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Licenciado en Relaciones del Trabajo (Bachelor in Labor Relations) with a field of study in Ciencias Sociales (Social Sciences).

In 2013 to 2014, Diego attended the Centro Universitario de Idiomas, where they achieved C1 level/Nivel Advanced in Ingles (English) as a professional competence.

From 2010 to 2014, Diego also attended the Centro Universitario de Idiomas, where they attained a Nivel avanzado/Competencia profesional (Advanced level/Professional competence) in Portugués (Portuguese).

In 2018, Diego briefly attended the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, focusing on Business Administration and Management, although it is unclear if they earned a degree or not.

More recently, Diego is currently enrolled at Baires Language Center, working towards a degree in Business English, with a field of study in English Language and Literature/Letters. Diego is expected to complete this program in 2022.
