Edgar R. has a diverse work experience starting from 2016 when they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Progress Foundation. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Health Plan of San Mateo (HPSM). In 2019, they joined Viz.ai as a People Ops professional and worked there until 2020. Edgar then joined Exabeam in 2020 as a Recruiting Ops specialist and stayed there until 2021. In 2021, they joined Invitae as part of their Talent Acquisition- People & Culture team, where they coordinated onsite and video interviews for senior technical and executive-level candidates. Currently, they are employed at Lilac Solutions, Inc. in a Recruiting Ops role, starting in 2022.
