Fernando Saenz

Fernando Saenz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Their most recent position is as the VP of Corporate Operations at Lilac Solutions, Inc., where they lead corporate and support operations across various countries and technical divisions. Fernando is responsible for organizational strategy, international logistics, facilities, security, and IT. Fernando also supports coordination between Legal, Finance, and People teams.

Prior to this, Saenz worked at Google in various roles. Fernando served as the Director of Technical Program Management for special projects, where they led a team responsible for delivering new product introductions. Fernando also held the position of Director of Strategy & Operations - Chief of Staff for the Pixel/Phone division, where they focused on integration and efficiency. Saenz was the Director of Consumer Hardware S&OP and Head of Demand/Supply Planning & Delivery, responsible for managing the global supply chain for Google's consumer hardware products.

Saenz also has experience at Dell Inc, where they held various management positions. Fernando served as the Americas B2B E-Commerce, Online Sales & Operations Director, overseeing all online operations for Americas Commercial. Fernando also held roles in order fulfillment, sales support, and manufacturing operations.

Fernando Saenz completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad San Francisco de Quito, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, attending from 2001 to 2003.
