Nathan Chao

Nathan Chao has a range of work experience in engineering and research roles. Currently, they are working as a Process Engineer at Lilac Solutions, Inc. Nathan previously worked at SoCalGas as an Associate Engineer and Engineering Intern. Nathan also gained experience as a Research and Development Engineering Intern at ALL Power Labs. Nathan was a Corporate Committee Member at the AIChE - American Institute of Chemical Engineers and an Undergraduate Researcher at Berkeley Lab. Earlier in their career, Nathan worked as an Instructor at Mathnasium - The Math Learning Center and as the Chief Financial Officer for Virtual Enterprise at John F. Kennedy High School.

Nathan Chao completed their high school education at John F. Kennedy High School from 2013 to 2017. Nathan then pursued a Bachelor's degree at the University of California, Berkeley from 2017 to 2021, majoring in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Bioengineering. In May 2021, Nathan obtained their Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Learning VBA in Excel from LinkedIn in December 2020.
