Claudia Dr.-Ing. Haubach-Lippmann

Claudia Dr.-Ing. Haubach-Lippmann currently serves as the Head of DevOps Engineering & Information Management at Lilium, focusing on digital continuity for electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft development. In addition, Claudia is the Head of DevOps Industrialization for Hochschule Landshut and a lecturer on Sustainable Industrial Operations and Business. Previous positions include Senior Global Solution Consultant at VMware, where Claudia was instrumental in pre-sales for Siemens, and various leadership roles at Airbus Defence and Space Netherlands, where Claudia managed IT operations and transformed manufacturing processes. Claudia’s extensive career in the aerospace and defense sectors spans roles in process integration, lifecycle management, and project leadership, underpinned by a doctorate in aerospace engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
