Mo Taher

Mo Taher is a seasoned supply chain and operational leader with extensive experience in planning, control, and procurement. Currently a Co-Founder at Opt2Grow since April 2022, Mo Taher focuses on helping organizations realize their business potential. In parallel, Mo serves as Interim VP and Head of Supply Planning and Control at Lilium. Previously, Mo held numerous roles at Rolls-Royce from 1998 to 2020, including Head of Planning for the Supply Chain Function, where significant transformations were implemented. Mo's early career included leadership at Leicester Circuits Limited. Mo holds an MBA from the University of Hull, along with a Diploma in Business Management and a BA Hons in Business and Management from the University of Lincoln.
