Karen Mansfield is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in Montessori and art instruction. Currently serving as an Art Teacher at Lillstreet Art Center since January 1990, Karen has contributed to various educational institutions, including roles as a 6-9 Guide at Headwaters School and a 6-9 Lead Teacher at School in the Hills Montessori. Additional experience includes positions as Assistant to the Director at Park View Montessori Chicago, Montessori Directress at Montessori Academy of Chicago, and Substitute Teacher at Alcuin Montessori, among others. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art & Design from the University of Illinois Chicago and multiple Montessori credentials from the Midwest Montessori Teacher Training Center, encompassing both Early Childhood and Elementary I education.
