Qinwei Zhou

Qinwei Zhou, Ph.D., is a Venture Partner at Lilly Asia Ventures (LAV). Prior to joining LAV, Dr. Zhou was COO at Innovent Biologics for more than four years where he was in charge of M&Q, Supply Chain, Facility and Engineering, Process Development, Analytical Science and Operation, and his past experience including Vice President at Eli Lilly and Company New Jersey and Vice President at ImClone Systems New York for over 22 years. He has more than 30 years of biotech and biopharma experience, with more than 20 years of industry executive management experience from research, clinical to commercial. He graduated with BS and MS from Fudan University, and earned his Ph.D. and M. Phil. from City University of New York, and was appointed as assistant professor at New York Medical College.
