Since October 2016, Rushikesh has held positions at EMAS GROUP, EO Offshore Malaysia, and several other companies, accumulating expertise in dynamic positioning operations and seismic projects in regions such as Senegal and Norway. Rushikesh's educational background includes a Diploma in Nautical Science, along with training from IMA, Chennai, and the Aquanaut Dynamic Position Centre in 2021, fostering a strong foundation in nautical science and marine operations.
