Emily Harrington

Emily Harrington is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in visual merchandising and operations management. Currently serving as a Visual Associate Manager at Lilly Pulitzer since November 2021, Emily has contributed to various significant projects, including being selected as a traveling manager for the Watch Hill, RI location and being part of the opening team for the Alpharetta, GA store. Prior experience includes roles at SEPHORA as an Operations Manager, and as a Visual Assistant Manager at Altar'd State, where Emily was instrumental in driving store performance and enhancing guest experience.
